excellent gymbarely workingair conditioning
The gym was quite excellent, a definite highlight .
The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It struggled to cool the space.. not exactly ideal.

The reception worker, selin, did a fantastic job getting us settled. she helped us with a late checkout and was very friendly and helpful! the gym is one of the best i have seen in many hotels around the world. i also appreciated the professional service and support from birsen. She was kind and helpful .
the outdoor pool was shut! i was looking forward to using it, and that was a bummer.

The staff here is amazing. They were warm, cute, and always eager to assist. sanaz and cagla were especially helpful and friendly. mr silvan were great too.

the gym features modern equipment and ample space for workouts, and the spa offers a range of treatments. the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated with modern furniture and lots of space. i also appreciated the fast room service!

the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions! it is very easy to get around and explore the surrounding areas. i was able to easily find transportation options nearby.

the gym has ample equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. i found the room service prompt and efficient. daily housekeeping kept my room very clean.
the hotel's location made it difficult to use public transportation , so taxis were essential.

the client relations manager, mrs ilayda, was very helpful. birsen showed really good care and attention. the team was nice and helpful. all requests were handled with professionalism.

the hotel is near highways, but soundproofing kept rooms quiet. taxis are readily available. the hotel does not have immediate access to public transport. this made relying on taxis common.
